Aleksei Mutovkin’s
Dawnpeaks Saga
a Fantasy Journey to the land of Erithania
and
Mystical Creatures of Nuoni
This site is dedicated to novels and short stories about fantasy creatures called nuoni and the world they live in - Erithania. The author Aleksei Mutovkin kindly welcomes you to visit this vibrant world and experience all the magic and action of all the Dawnpeaks Saga.
I do not use AI to write my books.
I do not intend to start using it at any point.
All my books are 100% human-made and will remain as such until the very last word.
Who are the Nuoni?
A nuoniel (pl. nuoni) is a magical creature that is almost identical to a human.
The only difference is hair - nouni have branches growing out of their head.
Facial hair such as eyebrows and beard resemble grass blades that fade in autumn and grow greener with spring.
Nouni live in the woods and have rich culture. They are known for their hot temper, exceptional skills with blade, creature taming and useless magic.
What are Dawnpeaks?
Dawnpeaks are immense structures also known as “towers”. They rise as high as eye can see.
They are built in distant lands but are seen from almost all of Erithania.
They are especially noticeable before dawn when sun hits their peaks painting a thin line of shimmer in yet dark sky.
Scriptures unclearly suggest that there are 5 Dawnpeaks in Erithania, yet only 4 are seen in the skies.

Read it on:
““Touch me not!” she exclaimed angrily. “Everyone wants me! Why?”
”No, niece,” Iridír replied calmly. “They don’t want you, they want your beauty. And when they have it...” —he spread his arms, indicating the room— “... none of this will matter.”
“The warmth of his hand wrapped around her wrist like a band—no, not a band but a shackle. A shackle that dulled her thoughts, deafened the hall’s noise, and erased the filth surrounding them. She felt something rising through her veins—liquid violet blossoms, melted by the sound of his voice. They crept up her arm, reached her shoulder, and spilled into her chest, spreading like thick, burning mother-of-pearl.
Her vision blurred.”

Why do people wear flower circlets?
That was the question that started it all.
My short answer:
“Long time ago people used to live alongside forest-folk that had tree branches, grass and flowers instead of hair!”
The longer answer — all my stories about the nuoni.
